We all have secrets that no one knows about, but when two people get married it means that from that point forward they have to share everything with each other, physical and emotional and that includes secrets as well. Sharing a secret with your significant other can be pretty tricky if that secret involves them, and by telling that secret you might risk losing them or at least start a huge non-necessary fight about it, so most people decide to just keep it to themselves in order to avoid any complications.
