16 Toys From Your Childhood That Seriously Confused You

Okay, let’s be real here, toys from back in the day were the greatest thing ever. Regardless if you played with fire trucks or baby bottles, they had seemed pretty awesome things that kids today will never know about. It’s unfortunate.
But some of the toys we had as kids were a little bit confusing. We never questioned it as kids because we were way too busy playing with them or showing them off to our neighborhood friends. Looking back now, there are some questions.

If you’re having trouble remembering what I’m talking about, or you’re pretty confident all the toys you played with as a kid made sense…think again. Here are 16 toys from your childhood that are bound to seriously confuse you. Enjoy!

1. Remember those magical baby bottles where the milk would disappear when you put them upside down? Someone, please explain.

2. Someone who has a Biology background or Chemistry background could explain how the colorful sand would instantly dry after being pulled out of water…

3. How about those Baby Born dolls that would drink water and urinate yet ate food and would just…disappear. How is this possible?

4. Then there were those Sea-Monkeys who came to life from three little powder sachets…looking back it actually sounds a little creepy.

5. This could not be a healthy thing for kids to do, but remember those giant bubbles you could blow out of a lot of colorful, weird-smelling plastic? How did that even work? It’s so strange.

6. Remember those normal-looking bubbles that you could actually hold in your hands without popping? They were cool but slightly questionable.

7. Those plastic cap guns were pretty cool, but why did smoke come out of the gun when you pulled the trigger? That just couldn’t be safe…at all.

8. The refillable milk bottles that came with the Baby All Gone doll…one question: where did the milk come from? Where? It’s Magic!

9. What about those Baby All Gone cherries that magically appeared on the spoon when you put it in the jar? Baby All Gone dolls were full of magic…that I still can’t really explain.

10. That Pixel Chix game where the character would run onto a different screen if you connected two of them together? Sounds more like a 2017 kinda game.

11. Furbies were so incredibly popular back in the day, but admit it…they were a little bit creepy. They could fully have a conversation with you…how?

12. Those Poo-Chi dogs that chewed and gave heart eyes when you fed them their bones. It was great for those of us whose parents didn’t let them get dogs, but still…can’t explain.

13. Those edible experiment kit that allowed you to make real, life, food out of powder packets. Not only does that now sound strange but I can’t believe I actually ate that.

14. These dolls were so popular once upon a time. They would float through the air like a feather, even if you would pull them super aggressively.

15. Let’s be real here, MouseTrap games were harder to put together than to actually play. No matter how long it took you to build, you still managed to not get it right.

16. Remember those tube things that had absolutely no purpose to them but to move the ball back and forth just so it can make that “WOAH” sound?
